About The Position
Rehab Advantage & Sports Medicine is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide services within CoreCivic facilities in Ohio. This PRN role typically follows a 3-day per week schedule, offering flexibility with consistent patient volume. The role offers a competitive per-patient rate with a consistent 3x/week schedule and flexible PRN structure, ensuring reliable, predictable patient flow and excellent work-life balance. There are currently 30 visits on this caseload and will increase when the PTA is on-site.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
- Active Ohio PTA license in good standing
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist
- Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and function
- Communicate patient progress with supervising PT and team
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility guidelines
