About The Position
Are you a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Several of our Lancaster Senior Communities has a per diem (PRN) opportunity available. Symbria requires PRN to be available for coverage at several of our top rated senior communities (SNF/LTC/CCRC's) which include some of the following: Brethren Village, Lancaster; Landis Homes and United Zion, Lititz; Fairmount Homes, Ephrata; Garden Spot Village, New Holland; Maple Farms, Akron.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistants.
- Valid state license.
- Weekday availability
- At least 1 year of acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience required
- Nethealth experience
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans.
- Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
- Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
