Administering treatments set up by Licensed Physical Therapist, documentation of patient's status and progress, and ongoing monitoring and reporting to the therapist any change in patient's status. The employee may perform other duties, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below, and specific functions may change from time to time. This role requires the ability to effectively communicate with and understand patients of all ages, visitors and other hospital personnel including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Must have basic knowledge of aseptic technique. This role involves Medium Work: Lifting 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing 25 pounds or more. Category I. Tasks that could involve exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues.
