About The Position

Vertical Health Services is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants to join our in-house therapy team in Chattanooga, TN. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider - offering one consistent location, no travel between buildings, and supportive local leadership. This role involves assisting in delivering treatment plans across a diverse caseload including orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care. You will work under the direction of a supervising Physical Therapist to support patient mobility and functional goals, collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team, and document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards using current equipment and modalities.

Requirements

Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Tennessee (or eligibility)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach

Nice To Haves

SNF experience is a plus
