About The Position
Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is a clinician-owned company seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join their growing team. This role involves providing physical therapy treatments to individuals in their homes within the Stoughton residential area of Massachusetts. Requirements
- Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in Massachusetts
- At least 1 year of clinical experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Be comfortable working independently while still being supported
- Afternoon availability

Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments to individuals in their homes as directed by the supervising PT
- Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and activities to promote recovery
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation to ensure high-quality patient care
