As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association
Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice

Responsibilities

Implement physical therapy programs and activities
Follow developed recovery plans
Deliver therapy treatments
Execute a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities
Make referrals to help patients get the care they need to thrive
Ensure patients and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere
