About The Position
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Fleetwood Post Acute – Easley, SC $28–$35/hour | Full-Time About Us Fleetwood Post Acute is a 102-bed skilled nursing facility located in Easley, South Carolina—just 15 minutes from the Greenville metro area. Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active, unencucumbered PTA license in South Carolina (required)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassion for an underserved population
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
- Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care according to established treatment plans
- Assist residents with exercises to improve mobility, strength, and independence
- Monitor patient progress and report updates to the Physical Therapist
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive therapy environment
