About The Position

Vertical Health Services is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants to join our in-house therapy team in Chattanooga, TN. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider - offering one consistent location, no travel between buildings, and supportive local leadership. This PRN position involves daytime hours and focuses on delivering treatment plans across a diverse caseload including orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care.

Requirements

Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Tennessee (or eligibility)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach

Nice To Haves

SNF experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Assist in delivering treatment plans across a diverse caseload - orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care
Work under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist to support patient mobility and functional goals
Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
Use current equipment and modalities
