About The Position

We are in search of a part time or per diem Physical Therapy Assistant(s) to service both patients in the community and personal care homes in Lackawanna and surrounding counties. We will provide complete training for you to adapt to home health.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state(s) of employment.
• Need Indirect supervision License.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Demonstrated written, verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state/Agency requirements.
• Reliable transportation with good driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of six (6) months experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy treatments to home health patients under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist in accordance with the state regulations and PT Plan of Care.
