Requirements
- Current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
- Enjoy working in geriatrics.

Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance in a nursing home, rehabilitation center, skilled nursing facility, or long-term care setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for providing the best patient care.
- Offer support and local clinical mentorship to patients.
- Engage in career growth and development through specialized, ongoing training.
- Participate in leadership advancement opportunities.
- Work with a flexible schedule to maintain work-life balance.
- Transfer to other Aegis Therapies locations nationwide while maintaining employment status.
