Requirements

  • As a PTA, you are naturally empathetic, friendly, and love what you do!
  • 2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health is a plus.
  • Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program.
  • Active PTA license in Idaho.
  • Tech Savvy - thrive in a multi-platform environment, comfortably switching between systems (EHR, messaging, scheduling) without missing a beat.
  • Experience in behavioral modification, Health Coach Certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, and presentation skills, and an ability to collect and present meaningful data to drive decisions.
  • Strong relationship-building and listening skills.
  • Demonstrated patient focus; a genuine passion for the user and their experience.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various types of users.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • The flexibility and agility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to influence change and bring enthusiasm and excitement to the workplace.
  • Independent and proactive work style; quick, flexible thinking; and an open, inquisitive approach.
  • Eager to make an impact at a young company addressing an important problem.
  • Passion for health and wellness.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health is a plus.
  • Health Coach Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote monitoring services to help support patients as they progress through their home-exercise therapy program.
  • Direct and assist users in therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training through their technology platform.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to the evaluating clinician on patient progress outside of the clinic.
  • Maintain necessary records and notes while providing remote monitoring.
  • Assist with improving processes and functionality of the platform.
  • Organize and manage a caseload while staying efficient.
