About The Position

Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Centers (PTSMC) is hiring a part-time Physical Therapy Aide for its Southbury, Connecticut clinic. The aide will support physical therapists and other clinical staff in delivering quality patient care while helping maintain a clean, safe, and efficient outpatient therapy environment. This role is suited to someone interested in health and wellness, physical therapy, or exercise science who wants hands-on experience in a clinical setting. The position requires year-round availability and flexibility to work during clinic hours.

Responsibilities

• Help clinical staff maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized therapy space.
• Greet patients warmly and professionally.
• Observe patients during treatment sessions and share relevant feedback with the clinical team.
• Clean and sanitize treatment tables, equipment, and common surfaces.
• Monitor and restock supplies as needed.
• Perform light physical tasks, including standing, squatting, bending, and walking throughout the day.
• Assist with front desk tasks, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and processing payments.
