About The Position

Revere Health is seeking a motivated, self-driven Physical Therapy Aide to join its Physical Therapy team in Provo. The role supports physical therapy care by preparing treatment areas, patients, and equipment; helping patients feel comfortable and informed; and assisting with prescribed treatments and exercises. The aide also helps maintain patient confidentiality, a safe and clean environment, and properly stocked treatment and consultation rooms.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to adhere to HIPAA regulations and protect patients’ privacy.
• Attention to detail, good communication skills, punctuality, and ability to multitask.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach toward patients.
• Self-starter able to work in a fast-paced office environment and identify where help is needed.

Nice To Haves

• Completion of a college-level anatomy course.
• Prior physical therapy experience or a career path in physical therapy.
• Ability to speak Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment areas, patients, and equipment for physical therapy care.
• Welcome and comfort patients and help them into the physical therapy room.
• Answer patient questions and requests and help allay fears.
• Assist with treatment by applying heat packs and performing prescribed exercises and strengthening techniques.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and protect patient information.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Sterilize and deliver equipment and supplies to treatment areas and position equipment for therapist access.
• Check and restock supplies in the physical therapy and consultation rooms.
