About The Position

Tri-State Physical Therapy (TSPT), a division of Tri-State Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and motivated Physical Therapy Aide for its Seven Fields office. TSPT, founded in 2005, offers comprehensive musculoskeletal rehabilitation, including physical, occupational, and hand therapy services. Therapy providers collaborate closely with physicians, supported by a strong clinical team that assists with patient education, exercises, modalities, treatment, documentation, and other gym-related tasks.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable interacting with patients on a daily basis in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, move and assist with equipment and patients as required
• Organized with attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency
• Willingness to travel to other offices if necessary
• Willingness to cross train for front desk operations

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient rehab experience
• Exercise Science or related field
• EMR experience

Responsibilities

• Assisting the therapists in the treatment of patients
• Training and educating patients and/or family members in appropriate exercises and in activities of daily living
• Preparing treatment areas, equipment and supplies for therapy sessions
• Managing inventory
• Maintaining a clean and efficient office environment
