About The Position
Tri-State Physical Therapy (TSPT), a division of Tri-State Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and motivated Physical Therapy Aide for its Seven Fields office. TSPT, founded in 2005, offers comprehensive musculoskeletal rehabilitation, including physical, occupational, and hand therapy services. Therapy providers collaborate closely with physicians, supported by a strong clinical team that assists with patient education, exercises, modalities, treatment, documentation, and other gym-related tasks.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Comfortable interacting with patients daily in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift, move, and assist with equipment and patients
- Organized with attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency
- Willingness to travel to other offices if necessary
- Willingness to cross-train for front desk operations
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient rehab experience
- Experience in an Exercise Science or related field
- EMR experience
Responsibilities
- Assisting therapists in patient treatment
- Training and educating patients and/or family members in appropriate exercises and activities of daily living
- Preparing treatment areas, equipment, and supplies for therapy sessions
- Managing inventory
- Maintaining a clean and efficient office environment
