About The Position

P4 Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to support patient care and clinic operations. The role may provide hands-on experience and observation hours for people considering a career in physical therapy. P4 Physical Therapy is therapist-owned, has more than 42 years of therapy experience, and operates 15 outpatient clinics.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Team-player attitude and energetic approach, with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Caring nature and genuine interest in helping people.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• One or more years of experience in a medical environment is preferred, ideally in a physical or occupational therapy department.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists with patient care.
• Administer hot and cold packs.
• Maintain therapy equipment.
• Ensure the clinic environment is clean and neat.
• Greet patients.
• Answer phones.
• Book appointments.
