About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our established and growing practice in Panama City, FL. This position is available full-time or part-time, offering excellent pay, a great schedule, and a collaborative clinical environment. For more than 12 years, our practice has helped patients improve mobility, function, and quality of life through personalized, high-quality care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Florida PT license or ability to obtain
• Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
• New graduates and experienced PTs are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercise, rehabilitation, and appropriate modalities
• Educate patients on treatment plans and home exercises
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and other healthcare providers
• Help create a positive and supportive patient experience
