About The Position

We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide outpatient therapy services in patients’ homes. This is outpatient therapy, not traditional home health. Luna offers opportunities for therapists who value flexibility, autonomy, and 1:1 patient care, with minimal administrative work and unlimited earning potential.
Requirements
- State-specific PT license
- Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
- Liability insurance
- CPR/BLS certification
Nice To Haves
- Specialty in Geriatrics, Home Health, Neurology, Orthopedics, Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine, or Sports Medicine.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services in patients' homes.
- Document patient care via phone call using Luna Auto-Charting.
- Prescribe and monitor workouts via the Luna app.
- Utilize geofencing technology to match with patients based on specialty and location (within a 30-minute drive).
