About The Position

We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide outpatient therapy services in patients’ homes. This is outpatient therapy, not traditional home health. Therapists can earn $75-82 per visit with 1:1 patient care, minimal admin work, and flexible scheduling.

Requirements

• State-specific PT license
• Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
• Liability insurance
• CPR/BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy services in patients’ homes.
• Document patient care via phone call using Luna Auto-Charting.
• Prescribe and monitor workouts via the Luna app.
• Utilize geofencing technology to match with patients based on specialty and location (within a 30-minute drive).
