About The Position

HSHS and Prevea Health are actively seeking Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our Prevea outpatient therapy team. We are especially interested in candidates with experience or a strong clinical interest in pelvic health, lymphedema, or neurological rehabilitation. New grads are welcomed to apply. This position is within the Outpatient Therapy department, with core functions in Rehab/Therapy/Sleep. Schedule options include full-time and part-time, day shift. Locations in the Green Bay, WI area are available. Compensation is competitive and aligned with experience.

Requirements

• Graduate (e.g., bachelors, master, or doctorate) from an accredited program which meets the licensure requirements in the state of practice.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment is required.
• Illinois: Licensure is required within 1 year for individuals meeting all other applicable requirements, following physical therapy philosophies and standards of care set by Illinois Physical Therapy Act and other applicable governing agencies.
