School-Based Physical Therapist
About The Position
Cross Country Education is hiring a Physical Therapist to support K–12 students in Sodus, New York, primarily at the elementary level. The position provides physical therapy services across three school campuses, helping students develop mobility, motor skills, and functional participation in the school environment. The Physical Therapist evaluates students’ physical needs and develops and implements individualized therapy plans. The role works collaboratively with teachers, school staff, families, and other student support team members to monitor progress and promote student success. It also maintains accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, student progress, and services provided. This is a full-time school-schedule position of 35 hours per week. Compensation is $49.20–$53.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
- Valid New York State Physical Therapist (PT) License.
