Requirements

• Active / pending Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee (or eligible)
• Graduate (or upcoming graduate) of an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT, MPT, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Control your caseload
• Deliver excellent care
• Efficient documentation and scheduling
• Utilize data to inform care model
• Participate in structured onboarding and support
