About The Position

Physical Therapists are sought for a flexible income opportunity with Results PT, a part of the Upstream Rehabilitation family. This role offers a Visit-Based-Earnings (ViBE!) model where therapists control their caseload and schedule, maximizing earning potential while providing excellent patient care. The company provides support, efficient systems, and industry-leading outcomes to help therapists succeed. The position is located in Smyrna, TN.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee (or eligible)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Control your caseload and schedule.
• Deliver excellent care and coding.
• Utilize efficient documentation and scheduling systems.
• Focus on patient outcomes and getting them back to what's important.
• Participate in structured onboarding and support.
