About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist for the Greater Summerville, South Carolina area, with a program designed for newly graduated professionals. The Emerging Professionals Mentor Program provides a dedicated mentor and hands-on training to support clinicians as they develop into confident, well-rounded professionals. Prior in-home or home health experience is not required.

FOX provides outpatient services in patients’ homes, with clinician flexibility and autonomy and individualized 1:1 patient care. The average caseload is 6–8 patients per day, with 60-minute sessions and no double-booking. Clinicians set their own schedules; nights and weekends are not required. Additional income may be available by treating additional patients, and referral bonuses may be earned for referring a classmate or colleague.

Requirements

• Licensed or soon-to-be licensed Physical Therapist in South Carolina.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Exceptional patient service delivery and outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence and a desire to develop professionally.
• Passion for patient-centered care.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, 1:1 outpatient physical therapy care in patients’ homes.
• Treat an average of 6–8 patients per day in 60-minute sessions.
• Set and manage a flexible work schedule.
• Optionally treat additional patients to supplement income.
