About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is hiring a newly graduated Occupational Therapist in the Greater Summerville, South Carolina area for its Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. The role offers a dedicated mentor, hands-on training, and the independence to develop as a confident, well-rounded clinician. No prior in-home or home health experience is required.

FOX provides outpatient occupational therapy in patients’ homes, with a focus on older adults and individualized, one-to-one care. Clinicians typically see an average of 6–8 patients per day and provide 60-minute sessions without double-booking. The position offers a flexible schedule set by the clinician, with no nights or weekends required.

Requirements

• Be licensed or soon to be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in South Carolina.
• Graduate from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Hold current CPR certification.
• Demonstrate exceptional patient service, outstanding interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide clinical excellence.
• Have a desire to develop professionally and a passion for patient-centered care.
• Have basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one-to-one occupational therapy care to patients in their homes.
• Deliver 60-minute treatment sessions without double-booking.
• Manage an average caseload of 6–8 patients per day.
• Develop professionally through mentorship and hands-on training.
