Requirements

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist, or eligibility for licensure under the rules and regulations of the state where applying.
Current CPR Certification.
Energetic, service-minded team player who provides exceptional patient care and service.
Maintain required state licenses and complete compliance standards as requested.
