About The Position

This role involves providing outpatient therapy services in patients' homes, distinct from traditional home health.

Requirements

• State-specific PT license
• Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
• Liability insurance
• CPR/BLS certification

Nice To Haves

• Specialty in Geriatrics, Home Health, Neurology, Orthopedics, Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine, or Sports Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in patients' homes.
• Document patient care via phone call.
• Prescribe and monitor workouts via the Luna app.
• Utilize Luna's Safety Shield for a convenient and safe experience.
• Utilize Luna Auto-Charting to automate documentation.
