About The Position

We are actively hiring licensed Physical Therapists to provide outpatient therapy services in patients’ homes. This role focuses on outpatient therapy, not traditional home health.

Requirements

• State-specific PT license
• Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
• Liability insurance
• CPR/BLS certification

Nice To Haves

• Specialty in Geriatrics, Home Health, Neurology, Orthopedics, Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine, or Sports Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy services in patients’ homes.
• Conduct patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and treatment details.
• Prescribe and monitor workouts via the Luna app.
• Utilize Luna Auto-Charting for documentation.
• Ensure patient safety and a convenient experience using Luna's Safety Shield.
