Provide physical therapy services to infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children, conducting a minimum of 50 weekly sessions. This role involves performing physical therapy assessments and evaluations, promoting the mission and core values of Elizabeth Seton Children's, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The Physical Therapist will work with parents and staff to develop and monitor IEP services, utilize accurate assessment skills for functional evaluations, and maintain meticulous record-keeping for IEP/IFSP goal tracking. Responsibilities also include providing input for and fabrication of assistive technology, adaptive equipment, and orthotic appliances, serving as a clinical instructor, and participating in professional development. The role may also involve other tasks to support school operations as assigned by administration.
