About The Position
The Physical Therapist works within the profession’s Standard of Practice and evaluates assigned patients, establishes goals, and develops treatment plans to help patients with disease, injury, or disability return to their maximum level of function, in accordance with the Rehab Department Procedures / Operational Guidelines Manual. The role also includes delegating responsibilities to and supervising supportive personnel, assisting with administrative tasks, and participating in educational, orientation, and performance improvement programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health science.
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Virginia Department of Health Professions.
- BLS certification.

- One year of healthcare/medical physical medicine or rehabilitation experience.
