About The Position
HCRC Staffing is hiring a part-time Physical Therapist for an established, growing multidisciplinary practice in Toms River, New Jersey. The role offers a flexible schedule of 2–3 days per week, a collaborative patient-focused team, manageable patient volumes, and work in a modern outpatient rehabilitation facility serving a diverse orthopedic patient population. Experienced clinicians and recent graduates are welcome. The Physical Therapist will work alongside Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Nurse Practitioners, Chiropractors, Rehabilitation Technicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, individualized care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy License.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus, but not required.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals.
- Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and prescribed modalities.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients about their diagnosis, recovery, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
- Provide compassionate, personalized care and an exceptional patient experience.
