About The Position
Synergy Care is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist for a full-time role at Hidden Springs of McKinney in McKinney, Texas. The position serves residents in an assisted living/independent living community and an on-site outpatient clinic. The therapist provides patient-centered care and works in a supportive, collaborative environment focused on helping older adults remain active, independent, and thriving.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in Louisiana.
- Passion for working with the geriatric population and improving functional outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to residents in an assisted living/independent living community and outpatient setting.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to promote mobility, independence, and quality of life.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional care.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
