About The Position

Banner Physical Therapy East Mesa is seeking an engaging outpatient Physical Therapist to care for athletes and active individuals and partner with local schools and sports programs. The clinic is located at 10165 East Hampton Avenue, Suite 111, Mesa, Arizona 85209. The role offers mentorship, Sports and Ortho Residency Programs, and leadership development opportunities to support growth as a clinician, mentor, and future leader. The organization emphasizes orthopedics, athletic performance, innovation, and an exceptional patient experience that helps people return to athletics, work, and everyday activities. This is a full-time, Monday-through-Friday position. Compensation is salaried, starting at $80,000 and up commensurate with experience, with bonus opportunities of up to $15,000 and a student loan repayment benefit of $350 per month. Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited school.
Current physical therapist license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatment.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
