About The Position

Symbria Rehab is seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join their EMPLOYEE-OWNED TEAM at The Sheridan at Tyler Creek in Elgin, IL. This part-time role focuses on helping patients recover, regain mobility, and improve physical function, making a real difference in their lives.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Holds a valid state license (or is in the process of obtaining one if you're a recent graduate).
• Passion for working with patients and making a meaningful impact in their recovery journey.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is a plus, but not required!

Responsibilities

• Developing personalized treatment plans to meet each patient’s unique needs.
• Helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence.
• Setting goals, tracking progress, and maintaining productivity standards.
• Supervising Physical Therapist Assistants and working closely with our interdisciplinary team.
