About The Position

We are currently seeking passionate Per Diem, Part Time and Full Time Physical Therapists (PT) to join our team in Delaware. BAYADA is celebrating 50 years of compassion, excellence, and reliability.
Requirements
- Active Delaware or multistate Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Passion for community-based care
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients and families using a coaching-based interaction style
- Empower caregivers with tools to support their loved one's development and/or rehabilitative care
- Use electronic documentation for each visit
- Complete weekly scheduled visits
