About The Position
Occupational Therapist (OT), Early Intervention & Pediatrics or Adults & Geriatrics. At BAYADA, a nonprofit organization, therapists are supported with flexibility and the opportunity to make a difference by delivering exceptional care to clients of all ages and empowering families. They are seeking passionate Per Diem, Part Time, and Full Time Occupational Therapists (OT) to join their team in Delaware. The role involves partnering with clients and families using a coaching-based interaction style, empowering caregivers with tools to support their loved one's development and/or rehabilitative care, using electronic documentation for each visit, and completing weekly scheduled visits.
Requirements
- Active Delaware or multistate Occupational Therapist license in good standing
- Passion for community-based care
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients and families using a coaching-based interaction style
- Empower caregivers with tools to support their loved one's development and/or rehabilitative care
