About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for an outpatient hospital setting. This opportunity is ideal for a therapist passionate about helping patients restore mobility, improve function, and achieve rehabilitation goals in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in Colorado or compact eligibility required
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program required
- Strong communication and patient care skills required
Nice To Haves
- Current BLS certification preferred
- Previous outpatient or hospital experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide rehabilitation services to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery strategies
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
