Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Ohio Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled physical therapy services to help patients achieve their functional goals
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
