About The Position

South Sound Physical & Hand Therapy, an affiliate of IRG Physical & Hand Therapy, is seeking a Physical Therapist for their West Olympia location. This role is ideal for a new graduate looking to build a career around their interests, beyond just treating patients. The clinic focuses on orthopedic rehabilitation for active adults, weekend warriors, and performance-minded individuals, utilizing modern, evidence-based practices and specialized equipment. The position offers a structured one-year mentorship program with a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and Clinic Director, providing weekly one-on-one mentorship, case reviews, manual therapy instruction, and professional growth coaching. The clinic emphasizes supporting therapists in developing their niche and building a unique career path with autonomy and established local provider relationships. IRG offers an enhanced compensation model based on a professional revenue share, allowing therapists to earn additional income while maintaining 1:1 patient care, aligning clinician work with income and rewarding value creation.

Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
  • CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations.
  • Demonstrated excellence in clinical processes and responsibilities.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, coordinate, and perform a broad variety of tasks and stay focused on the objective in a high-stress environment.
