About The Position

West Olympia is seeking a Physical Therapist who is passionate about becoming an exceptional orthopedic clinician and building a career around their interests. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a residency-trained, board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and Clinic Director with extensive experience in manual therapy, spine, vestibular rehabilitation, and upper extremity conditions. The clinic is equipped with specialized equipment for treating active adults, weekend warriors, and performance-minded individuals using modern, evidence-based rehabilitation. Clinicians will have the opportunity to develop their own clinical niche, build relationships with local referral providers, grow specialty programs, and continue refining evidence-based practice in a collaborative, learning-focused environment. South Sound provides the support, autonomy, established local provider relationships, and resources to market an ideal niche and advance practice.

Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
  • CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations.
  • Demonstrated excellence in clinical processes and responsibilities.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, coordinate, and perform a broad variety of tasks and stay focused on the objective in a high-stress environment.

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years of clinical experience.
  • Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation settings.
