About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy required.
• Active and unencucumbered Physical Therapist license in state(s) of employment required.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required within 30 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Two (2) years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting highly preferred.
