About The Position

Integrated Therapy Solutions is seeking an experienced, driven Physical Therapist to work full-time in its outpatient pediatric clinic in Hawthorne, California. The role serves children from birth through age 21, with treatments tailored to each child’s needs. The therapist works independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team that includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, developmental interventionists, and early intervention specialists. The position offers a flexible schedule, an employee performance plan that allows clinicians to set their income level, professional development and leadership opportunities, ongoing training, mentorship, and organizational support. The stated earning potential is up to $111,495 annually, including bonus.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Hold current state PT licensure or provide proof that licensure is pending.
Demonstrate dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
Show a desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
Have strong communication skills, self-control, and enjoyment of working with others.

Nice To Haves

Pediatric experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage an individual caseload proactively and complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
Provide tailored one-on-one treatment sessions for children.
Collaborate with other divisions on schedule planning, referral development, and team cooperation to support a whole-child approach to therapy.
Work independently while contributing to and growing within the interdisciplinary team.
