About The Position
Physical Therapist (Full-Time) Location: Stonebridge-Russellville– The Arbors Independent Living Community with On-Site Outpatient Clinic (Float Join the Synergy Care Team! Synergy Care is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team at Stonebridge-Russellville– The Arbors Independent Living Community in Russellville. This is a full-time opportunity working in a supportive AL/IL community with an on-site outpatient clinic , allowing you to build meaningful relationships with residents while providing high-quality, patient-centered care. At Synergy Care, we are committed to creating a positive, collaborative environment where therapists can grow professionally while making a real impact in the lives of older adults.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in Louisiana
- Passion for working with the geriatric population and improving functional outcomes
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to residents in an AL/IL community and outpatient setting
- Develop individualized treatment plans that promote mobility, independence, and quality of life
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional care
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
