Stephens Memorial Hospital is currently seeking to hire a Full Time Physical Therapist. This position is eligible for a sign on bonus of $5,000.
Requirements
- Graduate of an educational program that meets the requirements of licensure.
- Current Texas Rehab services License required
- At least three years’ experience as a Licensed Physical Therapist required.
- Current CPR Certification.
Responsibilities
- Establishes and or develops treatment plans
- Carries out routine functions
- Documents the progress of treatment
- Modifies specific treatments in accordance with patient status and within the scope of treatment
