About The Position
The Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and implements individualized treatment programs for patients to improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore function. The role requires clinical expertise, patient-centered care, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s / Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Active Colorado Physical Therapist License
- Current BLS Certification
- Strong clinical and communication skills

- Prior experience preferred (based on facility requirement)
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment as needed
- Educate patients and families on recovery and prevention
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols
- Use therapeutic equipment and modalities effectively
