About The Position
The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence. This role requires strong clinical judgment, patient-centered care, and coordination with the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s / Master’s / DPT)
- Active Colorado Physical Therapist License
- Current BLS Certification
- Strong communication and clinical skills

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation interventions
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals and recovery
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards
- Utilize therapy equipment and modalities effectively
