About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to provide one-on-one, in-home care throughout Bergen County. This per diem opportunity offers flexibility, allowing you to choose the visits that work for you with no minimums or pressure. You will provide evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, deliver skilled therapy focused on patient goals and independence, educate patients and families, and complete electronic documentation. BAYADA provides support for per diem clinicians, including paid onboarding, training, easy-to-use electronic charting, and clinical support.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in New Jersey
- Graduation from an accredited PT program
- Passion for patient-centered, in-home care
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one, in-home care
