About The Position

This position reports to a Manager/Rehabilitation Coordinator and is responsible for the assessment and treatment of clients. Staff Therapists have the knowledge to assess and treat clients but may require some professional mentoring/guidance from peers and Senior Therapists. All Therapists may be responsible for the supervision of students. Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy
Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
Registered/eligible for membership with Canadian Physical Therapy Association
Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan College of Physical Therapists (SCPT)
Valid driver's license, where required
Cover letter and resume
Valid Criminal Record Check (CRC) dated within six (6) months and include a vulnerable sector search (required for interview)

Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement
HSAS seniority in the SHA will be considered under the selection criteria
