About The Position
Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist for a Full-Time position (40 hrs/week) at their Outpatient Ortho clinic in Fredericksburg, VA. The clinic is located at 10504 Wakeman Dr. Fredericksburg, VA 22407. Ivy Rehab offers opportunities for mentorship, residency education, specialty programs, leadership, non-clinical roles, and future clinic ownership. They prioritize sustainable caseloads, exceptional patient care, and long-term career growth with productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards. The use of ScribeIQ, an AI documentation tool, is intended to reduce documentation time, allowing for more quality patient interaction. The company also offers Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs) such as Ivy Pride, Early Career Development, Wellness & Work Life Balance, and Military, a Clinical Career Ladder, an internal travel program, and the opportunity to open one's own clinic with equity. They also provide multiple residency and specialty programs, two of which are partnered with HSS. An NPTE Prep Course is funded by Ivy.
Requirements
- Licensed (or pending licensure) Physical Therapist
- Graduate of an accredited PT program
- Team-oriented with a passion for learning and professional growth
