About The Position

PT Solutions is hiring a full-time Long Term Acute Care Physical Therapist in Indianapolis, Indiana, to provide rehabilitation therapy in partnership with Ascension St. Vincent Seton. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based, high-quality care and helping patients achieve their functional outcomes. The position offers experience with patients across neuro, trauma, and orthopedic care, along with opportunities for mentoring, continuing education, and professional growth.

Requirements

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care that empowers each patient to exceed their functional outcomes.
• Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Build positive connections with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships across the hospital, including with physicians, case management, and nurses.
